TECH SUPPORT WTF features extremely limited remote tech support. Every computer configuration is potentially different, and those minor differences could present any number of alternate solutions. What works on one machine may not work on another; it's simply better--and easier--to approach computer issues with hands-on support. Please fill out the CONTACT form with any information you can provide in relation to your computer problem. Please include the computer type (ex: DELL XPS 420) along with the operating system (ex: Windows XP Home). Remember, the more information you provide the fewer questions we may need to ask later. Unfortunately, in the universe of stupid corporate ideals and the push to turn the world into a giant "user friendly" baby crib, we were unable to acquire many support numbers (Microsoft, for example).
